The StarRez Rooms application gives users real time access to their StarRez Housing Database. Users can manage and track Room Maintenance, Room Inventory, as well as Housekeeping on an iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad.
1. Room Maintenance Module:
1.1 Real-Time searching for Maintenance Job detail by assigned Technician, Job Category and Locations.
1.2 Create New Maintenance Jobs.
1.3 View detailed Maintenance job information.
1.4 Edit job detail.
2. Room Inventory Module:
2.1 Real-Time search for Inventory Inspection jobs that assigned to current user.
2.2 Search Room Inventory Inspection detail by Location.
2.3 View detailed Inspection job information.
2.4 Edit and update job detail.
2.5 Take notes and photos of Inspection item.
3. Housekeeping Module:
3.1 Drill down to housekeeping by Location
3.2 Filter rooms by service level.
3.3 Complete any required service and optionally update service comments.
